"If you’re not German, you’re not welcome in this hotel. Very difficult to communicate with the staff as they all speak German not English. - This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. "Staff was nice but most didn’t speak any English at all. I struggled with food because I’m gluten and lactose intolerant (especially breakfast). I was solo traveller and there were no cameras in or outside the lifts or on the corridors so didn’t feel safe. The bathroom sink,shower and toilet was clean but the areas around the sink and the bathroom and toilet floor had a lot of yellow stains . "It is our second time here and we love it. The big downside is the shop by the pool, there are no prices on anything and the man behind the till just charges what he feels like and is very expensive. Pegasos World either need to tell the shop owner to price everything with reasonable prices or get rid of him and his shop and get someone else in before they get too many negative reviews.
