With bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends, it would work well for a family or two couples. The apartment is quiet and very secure. We appreciated having a private parking place and direct access to the small park next to the cathedral. The street market in front of the cathedral was a treat. Idéalement situé a proximité des beaux sites de Dordogne à découvrir. Les proprietaires nous ont parfaitement accueillis, habitent à coté du gite mais sont très discrets. The pool is lovely and the views across the valley at the top of the meadow above the pool are heavenly. Yvan was very responsive and attentive to any needs we had. "Stayed for 2 weeks in this lovely apartment- part of a classic French property with a garden and private pool. Although secluded the property is less than 10 minutes drive to Brantome with its many good restaurants and market. Some fine walks in the local area as well. Our hosts, Sandra and Alun, were very helpful about places to visit and great company over a glass or two of wine. We cannot recommend this property or location highly enough."
