  • Discover this charming, renovated former tobacco drying barn, fully modernized and well equipped, just 10 minutes from Brantôme—also known as the "Venice of Périgord"—and 20 minutes from Périgueux.



    This spacious house is perfect for a family or group of friends seeking a peaceful countryside retreat, while still having neighbors nearby. The property is 80% fenced and offers stunning valley views from the garden and both bedrooms.



    The kitchen is fully equipped and modern. Enjoy a bright, spacious living room. The master suite has a double bed; a large bedroom features a double bed and two singles; another bedroom includes a crib and a double bed; and a ground-floor bedroom offers a sofa bed for two. There are two bathrooms for your convenience.



    Bed linen is included. Bath towels are available for an extra fee. Each bedroom has a fan. Outside, children will enjoy a swing and a wooden playhouse, plus a partially fenced yard for added safety. A stroller is provided free of charge.
