"This hotel was such great value. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel is frequent and £18 Return and not far away from the airport. You notice as you go in the hotel how clean everything is. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room had everything that I needed. Lots of storage and large TV. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom felt luxurious and had rituals branded shower gels and shampoo etc, which made it feel special. The breakfast buffet was epic with a massive variety to choose from and high quality. It’s the best breakfast buffet I have ever had. Quite frankly this sensational hotel blew me away and I cannot wait to stay at this hotel again."

From check in to our experience at the restaurant, we felt like we weren’t given the same courtesy as those dressed in suits and who appeared to be regulars. For the price we paid for one night, we feel like we could have had a better experience elsewhere without the snobbery."
