This Gorgeous 4 Bedroom 4 Bath 2163 sq. ft. Penthouse holds prime position at Sooke Harbour Resort & Marina and possess the most amazing views over the Harbour, Whiffin Spit & beyond. You'll love expansive deck Ocean Front Deck. Immaculate, comes fully furnished, incl. billiard table, 2 master suites both with King size beds, one up one on the entry level, terrific kitchen layout, open to LR/DR & Seamless slider to oceanfront deck.
There is one designated parking stall in the underground parkade labeled 102. Additional parking can be obtained for in the guest parking lot at the top of the property as you enter from the highway using Pay for Park App.

Excellent and spacious
Our group of 7 women enjoyed the penthouse! It was a great place to return to after a day exploring the beaches and rainforest. The kitchen had everything we needed and enough counter space to spread our snacks and tapas. The billiard table was a hit! The beds were comfortable and the 3 1/2 baths accommodated our needs. What a great view out the windows and from the deck to watch the clouds and wildlife. We saw herons, seals, eagles, buffleheads, mergansers, and multiple other sea birds. Local people were very kind and friendly, and we found some delicious places to eat. We had a fantastic time making many memories in Sooke!!
