"Although the hotel sits in a city under a slow reconstruction the hotel have done a lot upgrading. The Hotel it is a historic site with all the modern amenities with the exception of an elevator at least I did not see one nor did I have a need. There is a lot of positive things to say, starting from their personnel, full of joy to serve you with warmth and attention to detail, they really strive for perfection. I stayed for 5 nights and every day there was something magical, for example, they lock the parking gates at 12 midnight but if you notify them you will be out late they will gladly be awaiting for you to call that you have arrive and the guard will come out and open the gate for you. Yes El Salvador is safe but yet they practice the little things that gives you peace of mind. One day I day I am getting ready to drive off and the parking attendant is just finishing from washing my car, that I did not ask to be washed, his response was it showed signs to be dirty so he did as a courtesy and not expecting a tip. Complementary breakfast was amazingly the best, fresh and delicious. say no more just amazing people I would definitely stay over again and look forward to it. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here and is very excited to return. It was so peaceful. I loved the jungle pool and walkable beach. The employees were so nice and helpful. Always quick to see if you needed help. The food was so good. From the tacos to the ribs and burgers but breakfast was my favorite. They have really good salmon and avocado toast w/ eggs - their French toast was delicious especially with the chai latte (absolutely delicious). Don’t forget to try their frozen watermelon- passion fruit or lime drink. I stayed at the ocean view treehouse. The view was breathtaking. Everything seemed like a picture from Pinterest. See you guys again!"

"Super friendly staff. Helpful honest and amazingly clean rooms. Would not hesitate to stay at this place again. They do try and sell you a time share but VERY friendly and not aggressive at all. Food was good. Not amazing, but good. Drinks were well resort prices. Cheaper than other countries. It was a great vibe! Definitely recommend when in the area. "
