Newly renovated hillside home has vineyard, mountain and valley views throughout. The Master Bedroom looks out over the Valley of the Moon with access to a rooftop garden and hot tub where you can soak in vineyard views. Located between the Sonoma Plaza and Glen Ellen the property provides close proximity to the best restaurants and activities that Sonoma county has to offer. This newly renovated hillside home his situated on three levels and decorated throughout with all new contemporary furnishings. At the center of it all is a courtyard with outdoor fire pit and sliding glass wall that opens up the dining/living area.

A Modern Sonoma offers a full gourmet kitchen with built in BBQ right off the dining and living areas. The lower level features 3 Bedrooms (two with queen size beds and a Jack & Jill bathroom,and the third can be used as a media/game room or a bedroom with a queen bed. There is an additional full bathroom across from the media/bedroom.

I had a wonderful weekend with my girlfriends here. The house was gorgeous. The views were incredible. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect.

This was a lovely home with plenty of space for 6 adults. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked and we had everything we needed. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Loved the view and outdoor space!

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. There were six of us in town for a wedding. The house was fantastic - clean, comfortable, great wifi and tv, fantastic views and everything one could possibly need for a great stay. Loved it!

Sonoma Holiday Season get away

Lovely layout, decor and views a great place for accessing the best of Sonoma and close to Napa. Super kitchen and great room fantastic for holiday meal prep, dining and socializing with family. Lots of wonderful views from the outdoor spaces.

Fantastic property

We had a wonderful weekend stay. Kim was an amazing host and everyone in our party commented on what great amenities the house provided (everything was thought of). The pictures don't do the house justice. The location is really central for Sonoma. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect 50th Birthday trip

Gorgeous home on a secluded street with breathtaking balcony views. Home and bedrooms exactly as described with fun accents and amenities. Plenty of outdoor seating in multiple locations. Kitchen and bathroom stocked with all the basics. Would definitely recommend this property and use again on our next trip out to Sonoma.

Modern Sonoma is Fantastic

Our stay at Modern Sonoma was absolutely fantastic! We had seven adults and the home was perfect for us. The home itself was very nicely laid out and the amenities were plentiful!! The home was very accommodating as we were able to grill out our first night with a great sit down dinner!! We were also able to enjoy each others company in the evening sitting out on the back patio or the courtyard with the firepit going. Also, the ladies loved their relaxation while in the hot tub! I would definitely recommend this home for anyone staying in Sonoma!

Spectacular property!

This property is absolutely amazing! Tucked away in a private area, this home truly feels like a spa retreat (which is exactly what I was hoping for). Perfect for a group - we had 7 girls staying here. Kim thought of all the little things (make-up mirrors in the bathrooms, q-tips, removal rounds, amenities in the showers, etc). And when I couldn't find something, she was easily reached and responsive. We are already planning another trip to stay here again!

Don't pass this one up!

This was a perfect place for me and my 4 girlfriends to stay while exploring wine country. Kim was extremely helpful before and during our stay. From restaurant recommendations to transportation companies, she responded quickly with a long list of options. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and plenty of patio options for enjoying the outdoors! We enjoyed morning walks to nearby Barking Dog Roasters. If I ever return to Sonoma, I hope to stay again!

Amazing property, amazing location.

We came to Sonoma from the east coast to attend a wedding. The house was perfect for our party of 6. We all had enough individual space to relax, the common areas were very inviting, and the all of the outdoor spaces provided great opportunities for relaxation. The views were great and made you feel like you were in the country...and yet we were only minutes from Sonoma square. The house was very well appointed and had everything we needed - ample towels, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds and bedding, and beautiful decor. The house really rounded out what was already a joyful weekend.

Most amazing home I have stayed in! It was clean, well equipped kitchen, high end furnishings which gave it a nice touch! The views were my favorite especially from the hot tub. The host answered our questions quickly and we felt welcomed into their beautiful home! Definitely would stay again
