WC malfunctioned twice during my 8-day stay. Long bath is only half enclosed, hence water is spilled onto toilet floor. Bar cabinet does not have a top light. Morning breakfast is disappointing, staff started to keep servings immediately when informing dining guests at 9:15am that closure time in 15 minutes (i.e. 9:30am). Generally, hotel staff English competency is very low - lower than Japanese and Taiwanese hotel staff.

There were stains on the carpet floor in the room. Guest from (Korea were treated differently from other foreign guests (especially cultures with brown or darker skin).
