"We stayed in December, off season. Most of the stores and restaurants were closed, but the grocery stores were open. The property was clean and spacious. The frying pans and spatula need to be replaced, otherwise all in the kitchen was good. The rooms were quite cold when we arrived; the heaters on the ceiling worked ok. "We arrived late due to delayed flight to the island and it was very dark as we entered the property. Although communication was sent to assist us with the location of our unit, we accidentally tried to access the wrong door, which woke up the property manager who was not very happy. "Very nice hotel with very nice and efficient staff. The location close to the nature is also great. We do however dont appreciate the clear glass part into the bathroom. It is, at least for us, a private area."

"The entire hotel was very clean, including the spa/sauna, restaurant and outdoor area. Shower pressure & temperature no problems, comfy bed, and a nice balcony. I selected half board option and I'm glad I did! Both breakfast and dinner buffet were plentiful and fresh, different types of food to chose from, and every day there was something different for the main for dinner. I was so full after breakfast so I didn't really need to have lunch during my stay. There were also some nice cafes and restaurants close to the hotel, and the beach was just a stone's throw away. The beach parasol, sunbed and security box were so affordable to rent for the whole day (about £16 pp), unlike other Mediterranean beach resort. Reception, restaurant waiting staff, housekeeping staff were all friendly and kind. I'd definitely come back to this hotel again for a relaxing solo holiday :) (*One request I have for the hotel would be to have a kettle in a room, or rent a kettle at the front desk!)"

"The rooms were very clean, although the bed wasn't comfy. Staff were very friendly and made our stay very welcoming. Staff were very helpful also! The views were amazing ! The hotel led to the best beach with golden sands and crystal clear waters. The restaurant had a great choice of food and drinks. Although, we didn't see any tea. As it was Halloween , the hotel decorations and cakes for children were great. The evening entertainment was first rate performance. The alcohol certainly wasn't watered down. Would stay again as bus services into Palma and Alcudia is only 5 minutes away!"

"Luxurious suite plenty of space for family of 4, very comfortable beds and seating excellent for business use as well as our family holiday. Beautiful bathroom and extra WC. Staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was simply delightful. Lots of choice love the fresh Majorcan selection Valet Parking for Cars and Minibar included with our room. After eating in the hotel, we also ate in local restaurants which were also very nice to try a visit to the local castle in Capdepera lunch in the village after strolling round the market on a Wednesday."

"Overall the experience was good, food was usually great, except Asian night. It was hard to get an iron for the room, and I strongly believe that they gave either only one that they keep moving between rooms, or very few. There was one misleading information on the Expedia website: it says that there is a double bed and a single bed, but when we arrived there they told us that there was no such thing as a double bed. It was not great, as one of the reasons why we chose that hotel was because of the double bed. Expedia should be careful with these informations."
