Easy access to Palma centre whether walking or on by bus . Staff are superb, nothing too much trouble. We will definitely look at booking next time we are in Palma

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean comfy rooms. Restaurant good choices, large portions at a good price. All the usual choices for breakfast. Local bus stop nearby to take you into the centre of Palma in about ten minutes, regular service and cheap.

Quiet pleasant stay.

Simple but comfortable rooms, nice fluffy robes and pool towels provided which is a nice touch. Pleasant reception and bar staff and plenty of lounges etc by the pool. Dog friendly, beware if that's an issue for you. Not sure what the cut off age for 'adults' is, there were some noisy teenage girls in the pool one evening, but overall I would stay again.

Great value for price and staff so nice !!

One of my best experience travelling with Hotel.com for holidays. Hotel is close to Marina (600m) which is good as we were renting a boat before staying at hotel. The pool is big for the size of the hotel (only 75 rooms). Fitness center is amazing, the best one I gave ever seen even in 5 stars hotels. The health center is perfect with one sauna for up to 5 people, one infrared sauna for 2 people, one steam room for 5 people and one big jacuzzi for 5 people. Staff is really nice: we arrived at 9:30am and stated only 1 night but they managed to change our room booking to give us an available room at 9:30am !! And when leave checkout was at 12:00pm but we could keep our towels for the pool until our taxi to the airport arrived at 3:00pm. Restaurant is simple but very good and price low: full menu for 15€. We will be back for one week relaxing I think next year.

The hotel is he lovely, tasteful old-fashioned style hotel with modern amenities. We had a room overlooking the pool with a very generous balcony. The room has good air conditioning. During our first few days it was very quiet and new issue getting a space around the pool. At the weekend however it was a bit busier. The staff are exceptionally helpful. We had a problem with the toilet in our bathroom on the first day and within an hour they had replaced the entire toilet!

This hotel is very nice and clean, excellent service by all staff. We will come back next time we go to Majorca.

Lovely hotel in a quiet part of Palma and only a short walk to the sea front. Would highly recommend and i am sure we will visit again
