Everything was perfect for what we needed. Pool, hottub, firepits, corn hole and onsite restaurant were all enjoyed while at the property. Free washer and dryer available on site. Shopping and plenty of restaurants to choose from that are close by. Room was quite and beds, linings and pillows were extremely comfortable and clean. All employees were very nice, courteous and professional. The entire place is very clean, even after a rain storm an employee dried all the outdoor seating so outdoor amenities could be enjoyed. Will definitely come back to this location for future stays! They go up and beyond at this location to give you the perfect stay.

Spent 4 nights with them to attend to my husband’s funeral. They were kind and caring throughout my stay. Always available and helpful when needed. Felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Convenient location near to shopping and restaurants. Many out of town guests stayed as well and there were plenty of areas for everyone to gather and comfort each other. My thanks to the staff of the Hilton Garden Inn Hamilton for doing a stellar job.

Front desk staff were fantastically helpful to us. We had a bit of booking confusion and had ended up double booking our stay - once through the hotel directly and once through a third party. Didn't realize it until we went to check in, on a busy weekend. They cancelled their reservation for us without any hesitation or any charges, even though we were well past the free cancellation date and time. Entirely our mistake and would have been entirely within their rights to charge us and they chose not to do so without any persuasion or pleading on our part.

There was a wedding that night that was louder than most concerts I’ve been too. I’m all about a good time but everything in the room was vibrating and went on til 10:30. The staff even asked them to lower it a little bit and they did for about 5 minutes and then turned back up. I would just check if there are any events going on before staying here again.

Our stay was one night as we were in town for a wedding. Convenient location- anything you might need at the shopping plaza across the road. Hotel clean, staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Only negative was very poor lighting in the room.
