    Welcome to our home in The Santa Ynez Valley!!!
    Our cozy house features a 3-bedroom, 2-bath layout, designed to provide comfort and convenience during your stay. Heating, Air Conditioning and a beautiful brick gas fireplace which make a romantic evening or just wonderful family movie or game nights more enjoyable!

    One of the standout features of our property is the expansive 1-acre, park-like grassy backyard with mature fruit trees, a wood burning firepit to sit around and enjoy making yummy gooey smores, beautiful gazebo for having a picnic and beautiful roses and other flowers everywhere.
    This fully fenced yard is perfect for ensuring the safety of both kids and dogs, offering a secure and spacious area to play and relax.
    Whether you're here to unwind or spend quality time with loved ones, we invite you to come enjoy, relax, and make some wonderful memories with your family and friends.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Take trash out Trash cans are between the 2 garages.
Pick up all pet messes inside and out Any left over messes will be a fee!!!
Lock up house Windows , doors, heater/ ac and lights off and locked and put key back in lockbox
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Must pick up after your animals and children’s messes before check out or additional fees will apply for clean up
Please be respectful of the neighbors since we live on a small privy road. No barking dogs, no crazy parties,screaming or music especially past 10pm
We are not to be held responsible for any kind of accidents on our property 1011. Pls use caution w/ pets and kids around the road, water an fire 🔥

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything we were in town for. The beds are comfortable. The home was very clean and homey. It felt like we were staying with family. We didn’t end up cooking, but the kitchen is well stocked. The yard is quite large and fully fenced in. We enjoyed the privacy. The driveway has plenty of parking. It was chilly when we were in town so didn’t use the A/C. There’s a cute playroom off the kitchen that’s perfect for entertaining little ones. Vanessa was very responsive while we were there. All in all, we had a great weekend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here in the future!
