Modern and clean hotel with beautiful views of the Old Town of Solothurn. The location is extremely convenient to the train station and also to shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable room and nice size. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there And hope to return!

The attitude of the staff is not appropriate for a four-star hotel. The room is very basic and in our case, it was not quiet either (even though we specifically asked for a quiet room). It's a road hotel and not a vacation hotel.

Room was absolutely beautiful but AC did not work, had to change to another room that didn’t have near the same view. And AC was weak.

H4 is A1
Hotel is very clean everywhere , is in a superb location being a 2 minute walk into old Solothurn and overlooking the Aare River. Also 2 minutes from the train station is very helpful. For Switzerland, it’s cost is good and only negative is breakfast needs more staff and cutlery plus perhaps a greater variation of food ( but we were there for 3 days ).
