"Excellent customer service, the reception staff were very friendly and professional. The room was was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There was a kettle with coffee in the room but there was additional coffee available free in the reception area along with a water dispenser that did not only cold water but fizzy water too. The pool was excellent with plenty of sun beds available. Additional towels were provided by reception with no extra charge. There was a large car park outside. We didn't eat in the restaurant on site but it looked good as did their breakfast. We would definitely recommend the hotel. It was great to use a Brit hotel that had a swimming pool."

"Great place close to the Tram and Bus routes direct into Nantes city. Its a very nice peaceful spot with a good range of amenities and and excellent breakfast. Great value and much better than staying in one of the chain hotels. The air con in the room worked well and the outside terrace was very nice in the warm evenings. There is also plenty of indoor space to stay out of the heat or when its colder."

"Extremely convenient for the tram into Nantes (free at weekends) and just across the road from a great Belgian beer bar. The room was very small with only one chair, but there was outside seating and the weather was kind. Drinks machine in reception and water for bottles too."
