"Customer service on phone and in person was excellent. Staff went over and above. Nothing was a bother. Beautiful Christmas stocking on front door Christmas Day. Stylish decor, great kitchen space and very comfortable beds and pillows. Lift was out of service a couple of times but easy enough to use stairs. Great coffee. A very happy stay. Thankyou we will be back."
