The Design Villa Adria combines modern Bauhaus design, plenty of privacy and generous living comfort with an attractive location between the Dalmatian coastal mountains and the Adriatic Sea. With approximately 165 m² of living space, the villa accommodates up to 6 people and is particularly suitable for families, couples and guests who wish to spend a quiet and stylish holiday.



The villa spans three floors and features four tastefully furnished bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a separate guest toilet as well as a spacious living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. Large windows and bright rooms create a friendly and modern atmosphere.



Private infinity pool and generous outdoor areas



A special highlight is the private infinity pool with sun loungers and parasols. Here you can spend relaxing hours in a private atmosphere and enjoy the Mediterranean surroundings.



Additional space for relaxation is provided by two balconies as well as the generous roof terrace with lounge area. On the terraces you have access to dining tables, comfortable lounge furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue for private use. This offers numerous opportunities for breakfast outdoors, relaxing afternoons by the pool or a cosy evening under the southern sky.



Facilities for a comfortable stay



The villa is comprehensively equipped and offers air conditioning, heating and underfloor heating as well as WiFi, SAT-TV and a hi-fi system. The open kitchen features all essential appliances including a dishwasher, whilst a washing machine is also available.



Bed linen, towels, beach towels and kitchen towels are also included in the facilities. A cot can be provided upon request, and a high chair is available. Three private parking spaces are located directly at the house.



Location and surroundings



The location combines peace and privacy with good connections to Split and the numerous attractions of Central Dalmatia. The historic old town of Split with Diocletian's Palace, numerous restaurants, cafés, shops and cultural sights is easily accessible. The nearest beaches are approximately 7–8 km from the villa.



Active holidaymakers will also find plenty of opportunities in the surrounding area. Water sports, hiking, cycling, golf, boat trips and cultural discovery tours can be easily combined with relaxing days by the pool and sea. It is also worthwhile to experience the regional cuisine in the restaurants and traditional konobas in the area.



Included in the price



Included in the rental price are air conditioning, heating, electricity, water, gas, final cleaning, pool use, bed linen, towels, beach towels, kitchen towels, WiFi, baby bed, high chair and the local tax.

Important house rules



The Design Villa Adria is designed for a quiet and relaxing stay. Parties, celebrations, stag and hen parties and events of any kind are not permitted.



The villa may only be used by guests registered at the time of booking. Unregistered visitors are only allowed with prior consent. Loud music and disruptive behaviour are not permitted, and consideration must be given to the neighbourhood and applicable quiet hours at all times.



Bookings whose apparent purpose is a party, celebration or comparable group stay cannot be accepted. By making your booking, you confirm that you accept these house rules.
