Hampton Inn Cleveland-Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Loved the proximity to Hall of Fame and Lake Erie. Hard to land a place to park when giving my car to valet as not enough people working in valet. Better on second day. Staff was friendly , courteous and clearly wanted you to be satisfied. I would definitely stay here again."
"The rooms were beautiful, as pictured, but the service was the amazing part. Mr. Alex gave us incredible service, and helped us learn where we wanted to go for great food."
"Paid for lake view but wasnt on the front side so only partial. Nice hotel, strange the restaurant only had one steak option and a super expensive one, weird. Rooftop bar was closed before midnight on a holiday weekend(bummer) other than that nice location and rooms. Check in gets a little crazy and had a dog barking in the room next door in the morning. They did attempt to make it better. Would stay again. "
"Had a good stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Didn’t use the valet. I paid $12.00 for three day parking in the lot right down the street from the hotel. The manager is extremely cool and makes sure you have a great stay."
"I was not expecting the room/apartment to be so spacious! It made me wish I could extend my trip and stay longer. Very nice design and finishes as well."
