The place was great! Fantastic location, super clean, perfect for a couple or single person. Parking was a tiny bit of a hassle. We didn’t know the address of the parking garage with the walking bridge to the building. Park in the Euclid Prospect Gateway Garage. Otherwise the communication with the host on instructions to get the keys was fantastic! Great place and we didn’t even see all the amenities.

Great location. Room was perfect… better than any hotel I’ve stayed at. Parking and check-in were a little tricky, but hosts were very attentive and made sure to walk me through everything. Folks at the property were helpful too.

Check in was a little tough because you need to find street parking for a minute to get your key before going around back to park in the ramp. The apartment was good, blackout shades would have been nice. The exposed industrial ceilings were a little weird but overall it was a good stay for 2 nights. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with some basics.

Very nice because it is in the middle of downtown and very walkable to all we wanted to go to - Rock-n-Roll HoF but also good places to eat and if wanted you can head to any of the Cleveland arena/ballparks/stadiums easily.

Nice room, good building, great location. Rooftop pool and hot tub are very cool. Coffee shop in lobby is reasonably priced though a little slow. My grumps: complicated process to get keys and park (though detailed instructions were very helpful) and the thermostat was set at 81 and kept resetting to 81 after I lowered it. Made it hard to sleep.

Great location if you plan on hitting the R&R HOF, a Guardians or Cavs game, breweries or a casino. All within a 15 min walk. Parking included was HUGE! I'm not sure that always happens though. Don't remember if I scored a special deal so double check. Very responsive hosts. Would stay again!

Perfect location, easy walk to Progressive Field, Rocket Arena & the Rock HOF. Great value for the location, especially with free parking. Nice kitchenette and in room laundry too! Checkin and parking instructions are very detailed and easy to follow, but it was a little chaotic because it was very busy downtown when we arrived. Trash chute was not operational on our floor and had to wipe down shower when we arrived. Otherwise everything was very nice, clean and spacious. Overall we had a great stay!

This place was very well located in a very nice and modern building. The on site parking and coffee were very convenient. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. I think it would make for a very good option for a long term stay. The only suggestion I have for the place is some curtains for the window. It’s a lovely large window but the blinds don’t keep enough sun out in the morning.

It were a clean and comfortable accommodations in a convenient location. I would recommend adding something in the shower to place your soap etc. on, and upgrading the towels and toilet paper. A blow dryer and iron or steamer would be nice as well.

The room is very convenient. The only improvement is they can add drapes to the big window, since the blinds are not good at keeping the bright street lights out after dark. But otherwise a well appointed and comfortable room
