"The house was spacious, beautiful, and clean. It came stocked with all the necessities. We had 10 people in the house and it was very comfortable for everyone. The fact that every bedroom has its own private bathroom was huge. Customer service was impeccable. Joel was extremely nice. He provided us with information about the area and was always willing to help. Every time he saw us out and about, he offered to help us with whatever task we were trying to accomplish. He told us how to get a fishing license and went out of his way to provide us with his own personal bait. He even offered to give us a ride to the town office to get the license. We did have one freak mishap. The tank on one of the toilets cracked while using it. It wasn’t anyone’s fault; it was just a freak thing that happened through normal use. Joel was understanding and replaced the toilet the next day. There were no accusations. We felt bad enough about the damage that happened during our stay, especially after how nice Joel had been to us up to that point. It was nice that no confrontation was encountered due to it.The neighbors around the house were very nice as well. One of them let us borrow their kayaks for the day. Kayaking on the Fish River across the street from the house was very peaceful and relaxing.The only thing I thought was a little off is the listing indicates that there is a hot tub. A few of the bedrooms have a nice jacuzzi tub that can fit 2-3 people, but there is no outdoor hot tub."

"This house is great! Amazing ocean views from all the rooms. We had 7 adults including my 88 year old mom and 4 grandchildren ages 2 and under. The crib room and 2 pack n plays provided was a great benefit to us as well as the wagons, unbrellas and sand toys provided in the garage. Outdoor shower and faucet was perfect for getting all the sand off of everyone before entering the house and the toys when we came back from the beach. The pools are great and kiddy pools at both. We rented an 8 person golf cart to get people and "stuff" around and to go to pools on both sides of the complex. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking daily meals. All the bedrooms were very comfy. We made many family memories and would definitely rent the house again. "

"The property was nicely furnished and comfortable. The bathroom was very small with no place to put your personal items. The bedroom and bathroom curtains could be upgraded. Other than these couple of things it was a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect, plenty of room for our family of 7, including two young kids. The views of the lake were gorgeous. The rooms were large and the beds incredibly comfy. The kitchen had most everything we needed - it would have been nice to have some mixing bowls and such, but we were fine for our stay."

"Terrible experience. Reported to expedia and will report to the state. This is a scam, property refused to refund after they told expedia we showed up after they close. So they close at 3, exactly an hour after check-in? Ok, that makes sense....scam scam scam. Property is absolute garbage, electricity not even connected. State has deemed the property uninhabitable."
