"We had a wonderful stay at the NH Hotel in Ravenna. The front desk staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The evening bar staff was also excellent and provided great service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within easy walking distance of the center square, restaurants, and shopping. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again!"

Both helpful and kind - that goes a long way when you are tired and stressed from travel. The breakfast was plentiful with a lot of variety. If something was missing and you asked, it was delivered quickly. My only complaint is dealing with entitled people in the dining area - BUT that is certainly not the hotel's fault.
