Remodeled Solana Beach condo West of 5

Recently updated and Fully Furnished 2 story 2 BD/1.5 BA Town home that is located walking distance to the Del Mar Race Track. Condo Community has a pool and a kids wading pool. It is a short 5 min walk to the Del Mar Racetrack, an easy 2 block walk to the Fish Market restaurant, and a 10 minute or 1 mile walk to Del Mar Beach, 42 inch flat screen downstairs with cable/dvd. Ceiling fans in every room. Portable Air conditioning units in both bedrooms upstairs. Owners can make some great local recommendations if you like. Hope you enjoy our San Diego place like we did!

Property was misrepresented

The property is excellent however the ad did not disclose that there wasn't a washer in dryer in the unit. The owner didn't tell me until I arrived that is was in a separate building and you had to pay for it. The property also doesn't have base board heat rather 2 space heaters for the entire unit. Should have been in the ad

Clean and comfortable condo in a good location in Solana Beach

We felt at home in an area that has become familiar to us. The unit is well furnished, plenty of windows to let in the sunshine, and affords easy access to beach, expressway, and Highway 101. It could use an updated tv. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Summer Race Meet Rental

The property was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen is very well equipped. We have been traveling to the area for the summer for many years. Loved to the convenience to work. We would love to return in the future.

Summer breeze

Our main reason for choosing this property was the location to the beach, racetrack and easygoing vibe. The parking availability was a must have as was an open concept for family entertainment.

Highly enjoyable stay in lovely condo

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely semidetached house and are grateful to our welcoming host who was always approachable in case of questions. Everything is in a highly well-kept condition, the kitchen is well-equipped, and there is plenty of storage room available. For hotter days, there is also air-conditioning available in the bedrooms, and fans on the ceilings in bedrooms and living room. We enjoyed the small patio outside for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The kids even more loved the wonderful pool which wasn’t used much by the other members of the apartment complex during our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, the complex grounds are exquisitely well-kept and apart from the pool it comprises private parking and laundry facilities. The house is situated between two streets but the nights were very quiet and there was no major traffic. Grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants are close by – some of them even within walking distance. The beach at Fletcher Cove was only 7 minutes away by car and we never ever had a problem finding a place to park our car – it was always within 5 minutes walking distance to beach access. Don’t miss the free jazz concerts on Thursday evenings at Fletcher Cove Park. Solana Beach is the perfect place to stay between busy Encinitas and Del Mar, and is in perfectly close proximity to San Diego.
