Remodeled Solana Beach condo West of 5
- Recently updated and Fully Furnished 2 story 2 BD/1.5 BA Town home that is located walking distance to the Del Mar Race Track. Condo Community has a pool and a kids wading pool. It is a short 5 min walk to the Del Mar Racetrack, an easy 2 block walk to the Fish Market restaurant, and a 10 minute or 1 mile walk to Del Mar Beach, 42 inch flat screen downstairs with cable/dvd. Ceiling fans in every room. Portable Air conditioning units in both bedrooms upstairs. Owners can make some great local recommendations if you like. Hope you enjoy our San Diego place like we did!
