"I am very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and it's very close to convenience stores and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helped us a lot. We used a luggage delivery service to send our bags to our next hotel, and the staff helped us communicate with the delivery company. Later, we lost some of our things and needed to contact one of the tour guides to get them back. I think this was outside the staff's responsibility, but one of them still helped us, and we are very very very grateful. Thanks to the staff, we solved our problem and continued our trip smoothly."

Breakfast is fine but wouldn’t rush to have it, although they did cater for my gluten free needs. The location of the hotel was also ideal for getting to all areas of the city. On the whole, the hotel was good and would recommend to friends coming to Tokyo."
