The villa is arranged over three floors plus a basement.
The ground floor features a large living area that includes a sitting room with a TV area and a large marble fireplace; the dining room, equipped with a large table seating 8 people, is also located in this space.
From the living area, you then move into the spacious kitchen, which features a table and is fully equipped with everything you need.
All rooms on the ground floor open onto the beautiful porch facing the garden and the pool. The porch features a large table and a small sitting area.
