Dimora del Lago - Oasis with Pool and Park is an exclusive residence located in Soiano del Lago, immersed in a reserved and prestigious context. The property is located within a well-kept residence, characterized by a large green park and an outdoor swimming pool for residential use, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing stay a few steps from the beauty of Lake Garda and 5 minutes from Lake Garda.



The apartment, developed on two levels, is designed to offer comfort and functionality, making it perfect for one or two families. The second floor houses a large open-plan living area with living room and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a bedroom with two single beds and balcony, and a second bedroom with a double sofa bed. The terrace, accessible from the living area, is furnished with a dining table to allow guests to dine al fresco.



The second floor is dedicated to the sleeping area and includes a spacious master bedroom with private bathroom with a modern design. Both levels have air conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable stay in any season.



Dimora del Lago offers free WiFi connectivity and convenient private parking, available both outdoors inside the residence and in a reserved garage. Gepflegte Anlage mit Pool und kleinem Park

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr gut gepflegten Anlage mit Pool und angrenzenden kleinen Park. Schön war, dass das Auto sowohl in der Tiefgarage als auch auf demStellplatz in der Anlage geparkt werden konnte. Leider gab es die in der Beschreibung erwähnte Terrasse nicht und die Wohnung liegt in der 1. Etage. Auf dieser 1. Etage befindet sich der Balkon mit Poolblick und ein kleiner Balkon mit dem Klima-Aussengerät auf der Rückseite mit Innenhofblick. Auf der 2. Etage befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Bad mit Dusche. Sehr schade war, dass keine weiteren Urlauber aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum in den vielen anderen Apartments waren. Es waren Italienische Familien die sich untereinander kannten.
