"Room was sparse, but huge! Beds were comfortable for me, a little hard for my companion. Great shower and breakfast, plus front desk staff were all very courteous. Location was very good for shopping/dining streets, but a bit of a walk to attractions and public transport. Only negative thing I can say is a shelf is needed in the shower. I would definitely stay again! "

A special employee that should be recognized. Room was always made up and tidied when I returned. Easy to get to from the airport by taxi or Metro"

"Good apartment that was local to the shopping mall. Good access into property with comfy beds, with fridge, kettle and stove (no microwave) Electrics were a bit dodgy and fridge not cleaned out so smelt when we arrived. No process to leave the keys anywhere when going home. "

"When we arrived we were told that the room for four (the apartment) wasn’t available. (They took no responsibility for this. Blaming hotels.com for making a reservation for a room that was unavailable) The receptionist couldn’t find our booking. So we were put into two double rooms. The check in wasn’t done correctly due to this. We didn’t pay when we arrived. We weren’t registered with our passports and told about the tourist tax. We were told we could have breakfast and then the next morning...
