Staff was unable to provide a final bill or just a bill for room service. The restaurant sent us a meal we did not order. Check in was poor based on staff’s attitude. My wife is Bulgarian so it wasn’t a difference in culture situation in both situations above. The A/C in the room didn’t work which put the room temp around 80 degrees. We just finished 17 hrs of flying so we didn’t ask to change rooms. No breakfast room service was available although room service is advertised. We will not stay at this hotel again. In fact, the other stay reserved at this facility has been canceled.

Air conditioning not working , not enough ventilation in the room. Carpet was dirty. Office chair was dirty. We called the reception couple of times for air conditioning and they said it is central- they turned the air conditioning for little bit; however, we were not able to sleep all night. Mattress not comfortable at all.

This property was pretty dirty and unwelcoming. Despite confirming my picking from the airport, the so called airport shuttle was nowhere to be found. It was difficult to check in as there was no one at the front desk. I wish my husband and I had picked a different place to stay at. What a shame.

The hotel is excellent, but even though I had requested the transfer early enough, we had to wait 30 minutes for the transfer van at 02:15 in the night.

Modern hotel. Very uncomfortable beds! Had a crowned mattress and very squeaky. Woke up and felt like I had a Sump wrestler on my back. The AC was weak. Was 25 in the room and the front desk would not answer their phone. Opened the window which let in cool air, but the airport noise was loud. Overall definitely not worth the money to stay here. Find another place!!!

Nice and clean hotel. Close to airport. Free shuttle. Very good restaurant in the hotel. They don’t accept euros, only Bulgarian Lev if paying cash. No issues of you pay with credit card

We stayed in this hotel in early April when Sofia was already experiencing a few weeks of unseasonably hot weather. Our room was facing west, getting a lot of afternoon heat from the sun. The thermostat in the room did not seem to be working - we were unable to cool the room. When we inquired, we were advised that the temperature was controlled for the entire building and was set to heat and would not be changed over for a few more weeks. We were told to open the window, which was facing the highway. Not only did it not cool the room down but it was very loud and dusty. The road from the hotel to the airport is a dirt road. There was no fan in the room or the bathroom. No soap or shampoo was provided. No hair-dryer. There is a parking garage below the hotel that was very dark and felt unsafe. This was the worst hotel experience in a long time. This is meant to be a 4-star hotel but I would say 2-star is a more likely rating. We chose it with the goal to get a solid sleep before an all day flight the next day. We were unable to sleep at all due to the excessive heat.

The hotel is very good, good service, very good breakfast and coffee, restaurant in the hotel, shuttle bus available anytime to the airport and from the airport to the hotel. All this makes the hotel pretty convenient.

The room was very big, with a very comfy bed. The only not so good thing was that the parking was crowded with some longer term parking guests and there weren't many options.

Ideal for the airport with the free shuttle bus, however it might have helped if there had been cups in one of the rooms and there was only a coffee machine in one room (the one without the cups) but overall it was clean and comfortable, the free breakfast was also very good

Easy access hotel at Sofia airport
Great hotel, very friendly staff. There is a shuttle to and from the airport making it very convenient. Would recommend for short stop. Good breakfast and dinner choices, vegan is not really an option yet, but will get there I am sure.

Its my 4th time or so staying at the hotel and the rooms all have issues with the TVs not working properly also lights inside the rooms are flickering not working properly. The Maintanance guy is limited and a tap slow. Food in the Restaurant use to be better

The hotel is located near the airport. We stayed there because we had an early morning flight. The hotel is spotless and comfortable. The staff is excellent and accommodating. Our room on the 10th floor was attractive, comfortable, and quiet. The bathroom was spotless and had plenty of towels and toiletries. We did not give a 5-star rating because of the restaurant. In an area with NO restaurants available, the hotel misses the boat. The limited menu was over-priced. The service was prolonged and inattentive. The wine list was also highly over-priced. We would have had lunch and dinner there but weren't willing to be held captive by high prices and a lackluster menu. We walked to a small food shop and found sandwiches and a bottle of wine. We would stay here again but not go to the restaurant.
