B&B Hotel Napoli

"We travelled as a large family so needed two rooms. The hotel check in was easy and they were friendly and helpful. The rooms were okay, nothing special, one issue with the sink in the one room, the pipes under came unscrewed and was not connected so they brought up a bucket and they came up in the morning to fix it and just came in the room without knocking to see if anyone was there and boys were still sleeping and wife was in the shower so not ideal. The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful otherwise. Not great but not bad."

"This was our first time staying at the Majestic Palace hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us and make sure that we had everything we needed. The feeling of the hotel is very relaxed, and it is truly a “destination hotel.” I would also highly recommend the Michelin star restaurant, Don Geppi, that is located in the hotel. We had dinner there on our final night in Italy, and it was an incredible experience!"

"Beautiful and stylish hotel. Common areas were well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is an outdoor pool, which is quite small, with a limited number of sunbeds, however there was never an issue getting one and they were very comfortable. Our main issue was the size of our bedroom, which was quite small. The bed filled most of the room, with limited additional space. Although, there was good hanging space (and plenty of hangers) in the wardrobe, there were no drawers and limited shelving for other clothing/items."

"Property is right next to Sorrento railway station, less than 10mins walk into the main part of town. The room was clean and well presented, with plenty of space for two people. Staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to answer questions. The breakfast catered for different tastes and was a handy option for the start of the day. Rooftop bar had a wonderful view as well."
