Odd smell throughout our stay in the unit. It smelled like leftover egg sandwich or something like that. Unit needs renovation and upgrades: bathroom floor is old and cruddy, shower runs out of hot water quickly. sink is an old-style and odd design with the faucet to the left. Pots and pans are old and need replacing. There's heat, but no air conditioning. We prefer not to have to crack open the patio door for some cold air to come in. We're hot sleepers. The wifi is spotty, slow, and unreliable. Because of the slow wifi, using the television is unbearable. Carpet appears to need replacing (would be better if it was just all hardwood). We expected more for the price.

Loved it!

Prime location to the village and slopes! The condo was clean, well stocked with necessities and provided a cozy, home like feel after a cold day out and about. We enjoyed it so much and would highly recommend it! Helpful tips from the host were greatly appreciated. The check in/out process was east and the front desk staff was kind and helpful.

Cute, little condo!

We were looking for a ski in/ski out option at Snowshoe, and this little condo fit the bill. Couldn’t have asked for a better location right on the slopes and a short walk to the Village. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen seemed well stocked. Unit and complex is on the older side, but the unit’s interior was updated, bed comfortable and the carpet seemed clean. Not sure that an adult would fit on the futon-type couch, but it fit our two elementary aged kids perfectly. Would highly recommend!

Uncomfortable Furniture

The photos in the listing had different furniture that looked much more appealing. The furniture (sofa) upon arrive was different and extremely uncomfortable. After a few minutes your butt went numb. In addition the room was not well cleaned. There were white pieces on the carpet which did not appear to have been vacuumed. There were spills of something on the tile around the island. There paper towel roll was empty and there were no replacement towels that could be found. The TV remote control was missing and the front desk was not able to offer a replacement until maintenance arrived on Monday (8am I was told but when I asked again I was told they would be in at noon). Fortunately I located the remote hidden beneath in a spot that was not clearly visible. I called the owner and left a message but never received a return call. We were so uncomfortable we left after two days of our five night stay.

Awesome spot for Skiing!

My wife and I had a great time here. Right at the top of Ballhooter Lift. Parking was easy, and the unit was perfect. Will definitely be back to this unit next trip to Snowshoe! Thank you so much!
