On day one of our 5 day stay, the large burner/eye on the electric stove stopped working. We notified the front desk. There was also a cracked wine glass and the dinner plates had been put up wet. When we pulled out five plates an ounce or two of water poured out over my wife's face and the counter. The next day I sent an email to the property owner. The stove was never repaired and no one ever came to check it (we had someone in the condo at all times).
The condo is rated for 6 and we had 6 adults but there is only seating for 4 adults at the table. Thankfully we had two ice-chests that we used as chairs for the table. Two cheap folding chairs tucked away in a closet would have easily solved this problem. So, plan ahead.
Beyond that, it was a nice visit. We had a nice stay.
