  • This Standard rated unit is located slopeside and ski-in/ski-out with just an elevator ride down to the ground level. The living area offers beautiful views overlooking Fanny Hill, and a gas fireplace that welcomes you home after an exhilarating day on the mountain or a cool summer night. The full kitchen allows you to make a quick breakfast or entire meal and hit the slopes. This unit offers all the convenience of mountain resort living with a washer and dryer as well. Professionally managed on-site by a local Aspen Snowmass team.

    Offering the perfect location, Stonebridge Condominiums are ski-in/ski-out with the shops, restaurants, apres-ski and Tree House kids ski school at Base Village just a quick 3- minute walk away.

    Enjoy a soak in one of our outdoor hot tubs or heated pool after an invigorating day on the slopes. Our workout facility includes men's and women's spa type locker rooms with dry saunas and steam rooms.

    Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Aspen Pitkin County Airport as well around Snowmass Village is available during office hours

    Our on-site ski shop, Christy Sports, is located directly on the slopes and provides ski tuning, rentals, demos, and complimentary ski and snowboard storage as a guest of Stonebridge Condominiums.

    Please note that pets and smoking of any kind are not permitted at Stonebridge Condominiums.

    One complimentary parking space per unit is provided.

    Because summer temperatures usually drop significantly during the evenings, most residences in mountain resorts are not equipped with air conditioning including the Stonebridge Condominiums. Fans are provided for your comfort.

HOT HOY HOT

The unit has no A/C and it is impossible to sleep in the unit. There was one large fan and one smaller fan we kept moving around the various rooms in order to stay cool, but they failed to provide any comfort. We moved after three sleepless nights and miserable hot days in the Unit, despite prepaying for 5 days in the Unit. The Host offered no refund for the two nights we had to pay for and go to an air conditioned place in Aspen and only offered moving us to another hot unit. The Host should have provided swamp coolers or refunded our two remaining nights or a voucher for the two nights to be used when the temperatures were livable in Snowmass. The Host kept telling me the windows open with the fans provided "Nature's Air Conditioning, which was untrue, as we tried that the last two miserable nights, before we had to find other accommodations. I feel I got scammed.
