These revolutionary, all-electric, 100% renewable energy residences offer features such as sliding glass doors or panoramic windows that enable indoor/outdoor mountain living, a sleek, Opti-Myst fireplace, an epicurean kitchen outfitted with upscale Bosch stainless steel appliances, and effortlessly elegant Scandinavian-inspired interiors. Relax and recharge a guest bedroom (primary suite has a king size bed and attached, lavishly-appointed Waterworks bathroom, secondary bedroom has a two twins beds). Delight in meaningful details such ceiling fans, a sleeper sofa in the great room, and an in-residence washer/dryer. **All residences are equipped with a continuous ventilation system circulating fresh, natural mountain air in place of air conditioning.

Guests will cherish Electric Pass Lodge’s enviable location, mere steps from the slopes and Snowmass Base Village, as well as accessing the on-site owner's lounge, saltwater pool and hot tub.

Please note: Renderings are currently being used may vary by view, layout and furnishings. Electric Pass Lodge is new construction with landscaping scheduled to be completed by fall 2023. Additional construction may be present in the area and will be completed by fall 2024.
