"After showing up at a hotel across town to find it was disgusting, I was in a scramble to find a new room. I had never stayed at an Avid hotel. I booked a room and showed up 30 minutes later, very pleasantly surprised. It was extremely clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Even being that close to the airport, the rooms were very quiet. Ive found my new favorite place to stay."

"The staff in the breakfast area were absolutely incredible- so welcoming and friendly. The customer service was over the top from them. Room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot and area seemed very safe. The only opportunity for improvement is the fitness center. It is small - at least they did have free weights, but could use an update. "

"Arrived 10 minutes prior to check in time and front desk personnel on duty very rudely informed me for an extra fifty dollars I could check in early. She then proceeded with attitude when I said I would just wait the ten minutes. Breakfast was poor at best. Rest of hotel personnel were very friendly and hospitable. "

"The area around this hotel is great. Shops, restaurants..etc. housekeeping never came and cleaned our room. We had to go ask for extra towels. We booked for 4 people and were provided 3 towels and 3 washclothes. "

"We stayed the weekend and had a wonderful stay. The house was as listed, had everything we needed and then some. Very nice neighborhood and the town felt very safe. It was plenty of space for the 6 of us. The bedrooms were adorable and spread out nicely for privacy. We would return "
