"Easy Like Sunday Morning" is a dog friendly ( up to 3 no size/breed limit ) beach house that has true meaning behind the name. Avoid the terrible Saturday traffic with a 3:00 Sunday check in. Seven night minimum June/July/August otherwise 3 night. With Linens/towels provided as well as a welcome package you can relax and unwind after your day of travel and start your vacation immediately . The welcome package includes paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry detergent , dish soap with sponge, coffee filters, and enough bottled water/coffee to get you through the first morning. This newly renovated property has new ac units and appliances. It features 3 bedrooms including a king bed, queen bed, and XL twin over queen bunk bed. The master bathroom has a spacious walk in shower. The main floor offers an additional sleeping space with a queen size Murphy bed. Other amenities include fenced backyard, outdoor shower, outdoor sink perfect for cleaning fish, one keyless door lock ( the other is keyed ) gas grill, cooler, beach chairs, Turkish beach towels (thin so quick to wash /dry during your stay), washer/dryer and WiFi. Well equipped kitchen -Keurig with pot & individual, French press, large air fryer, pancake griddle, and steamer pot. There is one Ring video camera on the outside of the house that monitors the driveway/parking area only. This property is located 5 miles north of the Surf City bridge and 3 miles south of the North Topsail Beach bridge allowing easy access to the many restaurants and shops in Surf City and North Topsail/Sneads Ferry. Steps from the sand our oceanside beach house is located on a side street with no public parking offering a a beautiful uncrowded area of beach. No need to cross Island Drive/Highway 210- just stroll to the beach with ease.
