"Es un hotel hermoso, muy limpio y seguro. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, el gimnasio muy bien adecuado con todo lo necesario para hacer una buena rutina, lo amé. El personal excelente y muy amable. Lo único que me sorprendió fue que la piscina estuviera cerrada, fue una de las razones para escoger el hotel y en interné no se informaba que estaba temporalmente cerrada pero en conclusión fuen buena la estadía. "

"A hold was placed on my credit card for incidentals. At 2AM when I turned on the AC, my card was charged again. I called, ask why, the front desk said the fire alarm went off in the room which means I was smoking in the room. I advised the front desk I had not been smoking in the room, asked how to correct it, it was the second charge, and should be refunded. The front desk was rude. Told me to speak with the manager at 8am. At 8 am I was told by the person who came in at 7am, the manager wouldn't arrive until 10am. He said he would check the room to see if it seemed like I was smoking in the room, he didn't find anything that made it seem like I was smoking, he'd attempt a refund but stated I would not be allowed to return to the location. I was only there one night for a funeral and it was a horrible experience. "

"The staff at the front desk were really nice and helpful. O problems at check in or out. The manager was super friendly. The only issues I had were the room was decent but we had no hot water when we arrived. I called they fixed it then the next morning same issue. No hot water. We paid for a room with a jacuzzi tub and we weren’t even able to use it because of the water issues. It was convenient as far as location but I’d doubt I’m coming back. "

"We had a great stay at Poplar House. We opted for a two bedroom unit and it was fantastic. Just enough space, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer (they provided laundry pods), and a dishwasher (they also provided dishwasher pods!). Literally every single thing that we could think of was provided for us. The rooms were spotless. Bathrooms were also impeccably clean. Xavier was communicative and quick to respond, and he helped us figure out how to check in because the door to the building is sort of in a weird area. The convenience of this place is truly unmatched— seriously, it was nicer than a lot of hotels that I’ve stayed in. I’ll admit that I had some worries based on other reviews that I saw before coming, and I’m glad that I didn’t pay them much mind. We had a great stay and I can't wait to come back."
