Charming Weekend Getaway House
This house is so cute! It's been renovated but still has its original charm. Beautiful spacious kitchen, and plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Low traffic area, and only about 10/15 minutes from Logan (we were there on a Sunday, everything in Smithfield was closed). Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

Worth your time to say at a wonderful property
We absolutely loved our stay in the farmhouse. It was exactly as posted -- cute, comfortable and clean as a pin. This was perfect for our group of 6 adults for a quiet evening, but would also be great for families with kids.

Lots of room and incredibly clean.
We were greeted with cold water bottles in the fridge and yummy cookies for a treat. It was a bit confusing to know which door to use code on but once we figured it out the rest of the trip was easy. The game room had our 13 year old with autism fully entertained and happy. The rest of our party of 8 had more than enough room to spread out and relax. The property was incredibly east to find and it turns out our nephews birthday party we were invited to was literally around the corner at a really pretty park. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, hosts were kind. We will be back!

Great place to stay
The Farmhouse was a great place, clean and well maintaineded as it is an older home. It was further to Crystal Springs hot springs than is indicated on the info page but still very doable. The host was available and kept in touch about anything we might need or questions we had. They provided some yummy treats on our arrival and offered to let us stay past the checkout time! We would definitely stay again.

Awesome!!
If we ever stay in Smithfield again, we'll stay here again. The place was awesome and very spacious. The host left us cookies, cola, waters and set us up really nicely. We had a group of eleven and had zero complaints.
