"Nice place"

"The room was clean and the staff was courteous. However, the breakfast was disappointing. It was more like a simple snack than an actual breakfast, with very limited options. Overall, it could definitely be improved."

"Breakfast was suitable. Room was nice although i couldn't use the dish washer, the toilet would run occasionally and trash was often left in the hallways. I also used the laundry facilities to wash my clothes but the dryers weren't working. When i called the front desk they made no offer to dry my clothes. They instead told me to call a number at 9pm. I had to hang my wet clothes around my room to dry. I felt that was thoughtless and inconsiderate of the clerk. "

"One of the two key cards didn’t work for my room. When I told the front desk rep that night she kindly corrected the issue but afterwards the key still didn’t work for my room nor did it work for entry into any of the amenities. I didn’t go back and tell her again because it was whatever that night and I didn’t want to keep pressing the issue. However, I did tell a different front desk agent the next morning about that same key. Another thing, the room I stayed in has one too many holes and oddly placed screws for my liking. My partner and I were pretty suspicious the whole night as there are discrete cameras being made these days. I’m not saying the hotel has them in their rooms nor am I saying that one was found. All i’m saying is, you could never be too sure these days with how the world is today."

"Upon arrival we were met with police officers about six cars of them at check in Then when we were in the room they had air conditioners set up through the window, where it wasn’t set up properly, so the windows were open and bugs were coming in on top of that we found roaches in the room we did not stay the night we left immediately. They did not refund my money. The first night they charged me for that night, I left never again."

"This place is terrible. But it’s a motel so I guess that’s expected. The staff is rude, they act like you are an inconvenience. Our key cards stopped working every 2 days like clock work, when we would go to get them fixed we were met with attitude. The place was dirty, I love how they claimed that someone cleaned our room. The floor was dirty and sticky, the bathroom smelled like someone just peed in the corner for a month and it like seeped into the floor or something. The shower was grimey. There were a lot of what seemed to be prostitutes staying there, lots of drug use there as well. Someone actually overdosed while we stayed - she left *alive* in an ambulance. People would just allow their dogs to pee in the hallways, there was loose trash all over. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the bedding smelled musty and was stained. Staying here I just felt so dirty and showering in the nasty shower didn’t help me feel any better. DO NOT STAY HERE, IT’S TRASH."
