"Room was clean"

"2nd floor hall had bad oder, room wasn’t much better, doors and door casings where people put their hands were dirty, and gross, was horribly uncomfortable, I’ve seen cleaner couches in college dorms, the couch mattress was thin, and my daughter kept complaining about being poked with springs, the site glass in the coffee pots in the breakfast room were so dirty. You could hardly tell how much coffee was in the pot, the bottom of the pool had a layer of grime, and you could literally see the brown in the bottom. "

"The room appeared clean at first glance but I found several areas that could have used extra cleaning. There were globs of long dark hair on the floor in the bathroom, it wasn't mopped well. The baseboards in the room were covered with dust & probably hadn't been wiped in several months. The staff were very nice but not well informed about area shopping & restaurants."

"The sheets were clean but that’s about it burn marks In the bedspread and pillowcase suppose to be a non smoking room. Something slopped on the wall haven’t figured that out. Toilet seat needs to be replaced it’s all chipped and looks terrible."

"Even though it was a Friday afternoon at 3:30 PM the lobby was locked and no one was at the after hours window. I had to bang on the door to get the attention of the reception staff. The room's furniture was mismatched, the leatherette on the chair was horribly cracked, the tub had been poorly painted over, light bulbs were missing. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. I would not recommend staying here."
