The BnB was on a quiet park but close enough to the main areas to still be convenient - we slept with the windows open on multiple nights without issue. "The pre arrival information was comprehensive and we had no problems finding the accommodation, gaining access and parking. The area was perfect for sightseeing, if needed the hop on bus stopped jest a minutes walk away. We also arranged a visit to the observatory at the Stirling Highland Hotel which was close by so thanks to Bert for that.The accommodation was high quality and had everything you need either to cook at home or make a light meal. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. We didn’t need the bunk rooms but the two main rooms were large and nicely decorated. Fans were available if needed and there was an outdoor space to sit ( great as we had lovely weather). We really appreciated the welcome pack and the chalk board with recommendations for visits and where to eat.We were at the jail so that was a must see as was the Castle just a few minutes walk away and the local church. The Portcullis pub was between those two buildings so great for drinks and a meal. Lots of places nearby for food and drink to suit everyone’s needs.Brea was lovely for local fayre and don’t miss brunch at Vera. I recommend this to anyone wanting to explore the area - I don’t think you could do better. Thanks to our hosts. "
