Staff was so friendly, breakfast was excellent with tons of choices and strong coffee, comfy bed, clean room and bathroom, great location to see all of the quaint inner city of Visby. My friend forgot that she had to change rooms after the first night (her mistake not theirs), and they called to remind her.
