Cozy Apartment in an Amazing Location

This brand new one bedroom apartment, situated in a modern block in the
heart of Sliema, is only a few steps away from the most sought after
Promenade on Tower Road. Perfectly positioned with trendy promenade
cafes, restaurants, boat trips, bus stops and Sliema’s busy shopping
centre literally at your doorstep. It is just ideal for a couple or for
a family with one or two children.
Finished to high standards, clean and fully air-conditioned, this cosy
unit consists of a living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a
double bedroom and a bathroom. The living area also comes with a sofa
bed in order to sleep another 2 persons. WiFi Internet and cable TV are
being offered on a complimentary basis.
The location of this property is unbeatable being just a 20 second walk
away from the famous Sliema promenade offering you shops, cafes,
restaurants, bars, water sports, beaches, etc. And for those of you who
prefer swimming in a pool, a number of quality lidos can also be found
close by. If you don’t want to rent a car this apartment is just ideal
as public transport is only a short walk away. This is certainly the
perfect holiday place to feel at home in sunny Malta!

Nice, clean, convenient stay

Great location, convenient to walk and to take the bus. Noisy in the morning due to construction. No coffee maker in the kitchen, but the place is new and clean. Management was very responsive to our requests and it is a good value for the money.

Great 1/1 appartment on a quit street., yet two minutes walk to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The best part of our experience was the amazing service from Edward and Paula. Fast and competent solutions to all our requests., including but not limited to transportation from and to the airport, explaining all the appliances, wi-fi (which was great, by the way) TV, washing machine, strong Air Con, other services in the area, etc, etc. Twenty minutes walk to Sliema ferry to Valletta. Nextt to the ferry there is a huge selection of trips by bus or by boat to all attractions in Malta, Comino and Gozo isands. Personal opinion: the hop on, hop off service is not worth the money. They have very limited hours of operation and the in-bus commentaries were very limited. Bettter travel for day trips to Mdina and other yplaces of interest.
