Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay, it was walking distance to downtown Chelan. Place was clean, check in was easy. The view of the lake was amazing. We wished we would have stayed longer.
I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to checkin. Everyone at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! Made me feel so welcomed. Thank you! The room was perfect for 3 adults and the view was spectacular! I loved getting up every morning with coffee in hand on the balcony. So peaceful and beautiful.
The unit was as described with river/ bridge view. Lots of room to lounge lake side ( beautiful view ). Check in was quick. Lots of carts to take luggage to room. Condo was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Loved the mattress. We would definitely book here again!
The location and views were outstanding! The pool, hot tub and lake access was excellent too. This place is family friendly. We did just a couples trip but we’d love to come back with our kids. So much to do on the lake. Definitely pack your floats or paddleboards because getting in the water is easy to do. Our place was clean and very cozy and AC was comfortable. I only gave 3 stars for checking because the front desk woman was short with us and gave us little information on where our room or other amenities were.
Perfect spot, perfect condo. We loved everything and am already looking to book it again!! So happy we found this spot! View of the water, walking distance to everything, very clean and sweet place!!
This condo worked terrific for us and our two teenagers, the condo was very clean and could not have been better. Fantastic location and we enjoyed a morning walk each day while our teens slept in. The shared areas are what need work at this property, pool area renovation is needed, there were junky cars in the garage, and the carpeting in the halls and stair wells are overdue for a replacement.
