Excellent location in Old Town
Excellent location close to old town square, parking off site for a fee. Nice spacious apartment, kitchenette suitable for light meals and be prepared there are no elevators. Breakfast available for a fee.

I enjoyed this hotel so much last summer that I booked it again for my two-night stay in February. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with an abundance of fresh and varied food options. The only down side is that on weekends there's a lot of noise (voices, music) that can make sleep a bit of a challenge. Otherwise - a delightful place to stay.

Few things makes a huge difference for this property. All rooms in the main building seems to be ok, BUT they also have a couple other location around the corner and they are pretty bad. My room for example had only bathtub, no shower, which is very inconvenient and my window would not lock. They also have three restaurants right under this building and it was very noisy until midnight add to that the window issues. No outlet in the bathroom either, weird and inconvenient.

It was close to everything - we were able to walk to most things. Great restaurants and coffee shops within minutes from the hotel. Parking nearby for extra money.

Room was spacious but very poor lighting. The room (#1) was in terrible and noisy location. Avoid at all cost. Public parking is decieving and the reception staff do not know the rules or are trying to pacify you. Almost had a Very BAD situation in the parking lot because there are no posted notices as to what is allowed and permitted times. Thought the breakfast buffet is wonderful, I would not return here.

Great of downtown Bielsko-B
The hotel has been newly renovated. Pretty well done, but no elevators or A/C. Good breakfast buffet for price. I have stayed at other places in B-B: both downtown and more suburban. This is the place I would come back to.

High standard hotel close to Old Town
This is great hotel for staying close to Old Town square in Bielsko. Parking is somewhat limited, you can park on the surrounding streets for a nominal charge collected by parking attendants.

Love this place.
We came here because the hotel was only about half an hour driving distance from Auschwitz. We were surprised by how lovely a part of Bielsko-Biala it was in. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and recommended us to a restaurant that was divine. The room was great, especially the bathroom. Will seek to visit this part of Poland and stay here again, absolutely.

Fantastic little hotel
Fantastic little hotel in the centre of picturesque Bielsko-Biala. A bit of dragging to get the suitcases to the top floor, but definitely worth it. Great room, albeit with slightly hard beds, kitchenette, bathroom - and even though temperatures hit 40 during the day and our room was on the top floor, it stayed nice and cool. Only minus was the breakfast - during our three days they satrted running out of items (yoghurt, apple juice) that were not replaced. Oh - and the parking system takes some time getting used to. But we loved the hotel and can absolutely recommend it! As long as you have strong legs.

Wonderful vacation spot
This was a very cute little place to stay right in the center of the city. The only negative part was there was no parking at the hotel, so we had to pay to park a few blocks away and I wasn't aware of that when booking. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and the room was beautiful!

A;though room was a bit smaller than we were used to so far on our trip, it was extremely comfortable and very clean with excellent service from staff members. Location was superb in this town just 2 mins to the market square and restaurants. Would recommend.

Nice Hotel, Nice Location.
My room was small as usual for most European destinations but it was very clean and comfortable. I had a good view from my room and the wifi worked well which is a rare thing. I'm somewhat of an expert on hotel wifi because I'm typically staying in a different hotel somewhere in Europe every week for work. I was stopping in the city of Bielsko-Biala as a rest place during a long travel but I loved the city and the location of the hotel in the old medieval area so much I will be back for holiday. The two people working at the hotel I spoke to were exceptionally nice and also recommended a terrific restaurant right next to the hotel (Browar Miejski) with delicious food and friendly service.
