"Exactly what we were looking for for a nights sleep mid road trip. Clean, simple, comfortable room and good service. The man at check in was very friendly and helpful (even offered to help carry luggage because I was so tired looking and we were on the top floor). Room was clean with newer amenities (fridge, desk, etc). Rain shower head was a nice bonus. Bed was comfy. Blanket is a little thin so don’t be dumb like us and forget to turn the heater on this time of year when temps drop below freezing (once we turned on the heater it warmed right up). All in all a good experience for the price, couldn’t have asked for more. Traveler tip if you haven’t stayed in Grants before- the train and highway run past every establishment in town so bring your earplugs. "

"All amenities were there as stated in the listing.The inside of the house and yard were as shown in the listing pictures. The bedrooms had comfy beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. The heating available in the living room, the back bedroom and the bathroom were a plus. The neighborhood was quiet with trains that can be heard in the distance but far enough that it doesn't keep you awake. The backyard is great for those bringing a dog, it was totally fenced in. The house was close to where our friends live so it was very convenient for us. Restaurants and stores were a short driving distance away. Would stay here again. "

"I arrived late at night but check in was easy, the gentlemen at the front waa great, helpful. Two things with the room that needed attention. Bathroom door dragged kn the floor due to the hinges not being screwed in tight enough and was loose. The lock system when yoi osed the door from the pitside did not lock. But the inside did. I did mention this to the general manager in the morning. Which was told she would have maintaince look at it. Overall my stay was good, breakfast was as expected but didnt have much choices but that was okay. Room was clean, bed was very comfy. It was quiet night which was great. I wouldnt mind booking again in the future. "
