"We couldnt stay at the "hotel", when we arrived there we got harrased by old people who lived there, the building where the hotel is located is shared with a hospital for psychologist treatment, we tried to cancel it and the owner refused even tho we had proof of the guy who assaulted us, my girlfriend ..."

"The location is good with the tram stop nearby and easy routes into central. There is a Lidl and Coop nearby and a lovely lake and cinema within walking distance. The apartment was decent and clean enough though we found a silverfish one day. The staff were super apologetic though and very responsive. ..."
