Such a lovely cottage and a great village to stay in.
Such a lovely cottage and a great village to stay in. Kettlewell is wonderfully located and the cottage is right in the centre of the village. It has recently been renovated and the owners have made a beautiful job of it right down to the small details. It was peaceful, warm and well equipt. The garden would be great in the summer. I highly recommend this cottage.

The cottage was absolutely fantastic!! Everything we needed was there and it was all so lovely and clean. The property itself looks to have been recently renovated and a lot of thought and attention to detail has gone into it. The kids loved the WiFi which was a real bonus as I didn’t expect the speeds they had. The furnishings were all of a really high standard, the beds were really comfortable and the house was lovely and warm. The shower was lovely and we liked how a selection of lights automatically came on with sensors in the bathroom and stairways when it was dark, and it does get dark as there’s no light pollution. The location of the house was really good, just up from the main road through the village so it’s lovely and quiet. There is an allocated parking spot opposite. There is also a village shop, 3 pubs, cafe and ice cream parlour all in the village. One of the pubs serves fish and chips to take away. We loved the cottage and would definitely recommend it and stay there again ourselves. The owners have done a brilliant job in providing an amazing cottage.

Beautiful cottage with a lovely garden ideal for exploring Kettlewell and upper Wharfedale.
Beautiful cottage with a lovely garden ideal for exploring Kettlewell and upper Wharfedale. It’s clear that the cottage is newly renovated as it was so freshly decorated. The only teeny niggle was the lack of waste bins in the bathroom and bedrooms. Otherwise it was perfect! We would highly recommend.
