"The hotel is off the main road but not too hard to find. The main parking lot is not large and was full when we arrived"

"Our room and the entire hotel were very clean. All staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Pool wasn’t too cold and hot tub was great. The 530 kickback with free drinks was a compliment to our stay. Parking garage was also nice and clean. Only two minor complaints was the shower head leaked a bit so the pressure wasn’t great (we just dealt with it, wasn’t a super big deal) and I wish they had some gluten free pastry options with breakfast. Otherwise we were extremely happy with our stay in the two room suite. Beds were comfy as well. "

"Property was very clean. Room was clean. Food stations were clean. All the staff are friendly and helpful. They severd breakfast and dinner everyday, I didnt not take part in this time. Theres a small restaurant and bar on site, if you want something, which is super convenient. They give out happy hour cards for 3 drinks. The room was standard but, again, everything was clean. My only complaints: the shower head is a rain/waterfall flow, not my cup of tea, and the pillows aren't great, super small and toooo soft. Overall, very satisfied with my stay "

"The room was clean and modern, if a bit spartan. The staff was friendly and helpful, responsive when needed. Didn't use the hotel bar. Parking was convenient and affordable, with a self-park option right next to the hotel that ran about half of the valet service cost and the hotel staff guided us right through how to utilize that lot most conveniently."

"I don't think people should pay for parking while staying at a hotel. St Louis has very bad parking issues. The room could of been a bit bigger but otherwise it was good . Communication was not the best with hotel staff. I asked a question one person would say yes then when I go to check the answer changes to no. Some of the front desk attendant looked lost or didn't know how to communicate very well or were just flat with conversation not very well mannered. Other than those few issues it was a good stay!"
