check in was very easy and great fun, the lady on the front desk was very easy to chat to and very funny, its a shame we only stayed one night because the room was fantastic, spacious clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a swim in the pool which was very nice. The hotel has easy access to freeways and there are restaurants nearby. I would certainly stay here again and was a bit sorry to leave, Highly recommended

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom light fixture would buzz when you turned it on and bed could use more pillows (only 2 pillows for a king bed). Staff was very nice.

The front desk staff were nice. No issues but the hallways floors where dirty, the elevator floors were dirty. Our room wasn't super clean. The bedding had light stains on it, not fresh stains but visible old stains. There were stains in the carpet. And some small things on walls, counter and curtains. I didn't even sleep under the covers but rather on top. It just gave the overall feeling of dirty. We didn't stay for breakfast so I can't speak on that.

Enjoyed our stay with our 2 small dogs. Room was very clean and staff very helpful. The carpeting was outdated but for pet friendly that was fine. We will use this hotel anytime returning to the area.

The staff was really nice and welcoming, but the room itself could’ve used a little extra TLC. Weren’t there that long but still didn’t expect there to be dirty towels and unkempt carpet. The bed was really comfy though!

Room was dirty and mold all over. Mattress was bad shape. Floors filthy. No one at front desk when checking in waited 10 mins. Only good thing was the friendly breakfast lady. All the Ice machines were broken, had to buy ice down the street. Rate this property one half of a star.
