Guests can bring their dog on holiday, and fish, walk and cycle across Helsey’s farmland, and there is an Interpretation Centre to showcase the heritage and farming culture of this unique part of the coastal strip. This is the ideal retreat to enjoy the countryside with walks joining up with the footpaths to local villages, or even all the way to the coast. You can also enjoy the nightlife in busy Skegness, Lincoln or other towns nearby.. There is a security deposit that is payable on arrival at this park.

There is an unfenced lake in the grounds, 100 yards away and only small dogs will be permitted on-site.

Hen/stag and same-sex groups outside of couples/families if aged under 21 will need prior approval from the park.

Please note a working livery is set on Helsey Farm Cottages along with continued development work whilst kept to a minimum, may cause some disruption.

Towels are only provided in hot tub lodges.
