"This place is somewhat in a league of its own. Incredibly stylish with beautiful rooms which come with their own sitting area and pool. The whole feeling of the report is of calm and relaxation. The food in the restaurants is excellent, the service is great and the gym facilities spotless and stylish. On top of this the staff are the nicest and most attentive (if you require) of anywhere we have been. I cannot recommend Acro enough and really hope to return soon. "

"Staff were amazing and even upgraded us with no extra charge. I fell ill and they did everything to help medically. All the staff were kind including bar staff and cleaners. The kids entertainers were great with all the kids and really patient. Just sooooo impressed. Can’t fault the place at all. Happily go back there which is something we don’t usually do. "My son and daughter and I had an amazing stay here. The hotel might be old but it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were looked after brilliantly and treated like family rather than guests. We could easily walk to a range of really good bars and restaurants and there is a massive supermarket five minutes walk away. Loved it."

"What a lovely break - we haven’t been on holiday in over 4 years.. this was the perfect one back! It was super relaxing, the all inclusive food was always interesting and had a large range to choose from. The staff (especially in the restaurant) where wonderful I believe his name was Sofkolis (apologies if wrong) was a star, he already knew what drinks we wanted as we were arriving. A lovely place for a relaxing break!"

"Such a welcome! The people running this hotel are very friendly. I visited end of October with my 10y daughter. She could play in the kids club twice a day (except Wednesday) and has a little kids disco in the evening. There isn’t much to do in the resort so this is a ‘quiet, relaxing holiday’ the beach area behind the hotel was lovely. If you want any ‘life’ Heraklion is 15min cab away for €14 with lots of shops and restaurants. I loved this holiday. "
