"The condominum was just perfect for our visit to meet our daughter 's boyfriends family. There was ample parking, the condom was located right on Lake Charlevoix and being 1st floor you could walk right out to the water area.The interior was very clean, decorated nicely with a beach theme. The kitchen was well stocked, nice bathroom linens and the beds were comfortable. There is a very nice laundry room as well to keep your vacation clothes clean.The secondary bedroom has two twin beds, so if multiple adults are traveling together that may be an issue. Although you can easily push the two bed together.The building was very quiet with no noise disruptions from neighbors or adjoining units.I will/would rent this place again if we are traveling in the area. It is about the same price as multiple hotel rooms and gives a much better travel experience."

"For my husband's 60th birthday, he just wanted to spend time with his siblings and a few of our closest friends , so this house was perfect for our group of 12. This house is beautiful and spacious with gorgeous veiws!! Love the large dining room table! 10 seats and room for the counter stools to sit there too. Large game room was perfect for gathering around the tv for all the college football games. GO BLUE! Hot tub was clean and inviting. Beds were very comfy. Just a beautiful place!"

"Unfortunately, we ran into a situation with a sick child and had to make a last-minute change of plans. We were well aware that this was inside of the typical timeframe where adjustments to our stay could be made, but the experience we had made us feel undervalued and ignored. There was a complete failure by the host to respond to any form of communication, including multiple phone calls/messages, texts and emails. What if we had been on site, dealing with an issue in our room/unit? The total lack of response is completely unacceptable. In a customer focused industry, this was an extremely frustrating and disheartening experience. "
